getting up in the morning should be the easiest part of our day
usually after that problems start
so if your day is grey, rainy, hard, boring, busy and/or demanding
just take few moments to make yourself feel better
put a crazy nailpolisher, eat some chocolate, dance and scream on your fav song,
call someone dear, read few jokes, remember something embarrassing or just close
your eyes and imagine being on a beach
really.....things like that cam help you het rid of the stress and frustration
try it :)))))))))))))))

my dream is to fly...over the rinbow sooooooo high :)
